**Chef’s Note: This recipe will gain greater flavors if you let it simmer for about an hour. This great recipe is even better the second day after flavors have intensified. You can freeze left overs in single portions in large muffin tins for use at a later time. Microwave to temperature. If this amount is too large for your needs, feel free to cut it in half or more. You can add other seasonings to taste.
