Hot Chili Dip Recipe
1 can (15 oz.) chili with beans, or turkey chili (or substitute homemade chili)
1 pkg. (8 oz.) light cream cheese
1 bag (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Cloud bread (optional)
1.) Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.) In a deep dish pie plate (or 8X8 square pan), spread cream cheese on bottom.
3.) Spread chili over cream cheese.
4.) Sprinkle Jack cheese on top.
5.) Bake until cheese melts and edges are bubbling hot. Approx. 25-30 minutes.
6.) Enjoy by itself or with cloud bread.
