It’s Tasty Tuesday!! A weekly feature where every Tuesday we share a weight loss surgery friendly recipe for you to enjoy!
Yields 6 servings
12 chicken wings
1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup red wine or tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce, or to your taste
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Sea salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup bleu cheese dressing or favorite dipping sauce
Celery sticks, for dipping
1 tbsp. brown sugar twin (optional)
1.) Mix oil, vinegar, Tabasco sauce and garlic salt. Marinate wings for at least 2 hours.
2.) Bake wings at 400° for about 20 minutes. Pour off any excess grease.
3.) Baste with marinade and broil until brown (about 5-10 minutes). Turn over; baste and broil again.
4.) Serve with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.
5.) For a sweeter sauce, add 1 tbsp. brown sugar twin to marinade.
