Six months ago I never would have attempted a trip to Disneyland. Even with our aching feet, sore legs and empty wallets, we had a blast and I’m so thankful to Rocky Mountain Associated Physicians (RMAP) for making it possible for this change in my life to go from “someday…” to “today.” We had such a great time and there’s NO way I would have had as much fun if I was still lugging around the extra weight. Next time will be even better!

I am five months out from Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG). I am so proud of how far I’ve come! I am not to my goal weight yet but I am so happy that I’ve come so far, not just in numbers, but overall health improvement.
Six months ago I would never have let someone take a picture of me from head to toe with where can i buy generic phentermine nothing blocking me in front! It is these vacation pictures that made me realize I had to take action, more serious than the various dieting attempts I had previously done.
I deleted just about every picture ever taken of me that I didn’t like. I only kept a few to prove I exist and was there, after I realized all vacation photos only featured my son and my husband! Now they feature all 3 of us!
