I am six months post-op; 80 pounds down with 12 pounds to 125!!! I am incredibly thankful for my friend who pushed me to find somebody in Utah to perform WLS on me due to a year-and-a-half before I had went in for weight loss surgery locally. I was in the surgery room for an hour and half before they closed me up. The surgeon said due to my anatomy and an old Nissen fundoplication, I wasn’t a candidate for any form of weight loss surgery, even though she was aware of the situation before I had surgery. What a way to throw a chubby, unhealthy girl into deep depression. Doing a Google search the next summer, I found RMAP and met with Dr. McKinlay. My prayers were answered! I found somebody that knew what they were doing. I am forever grateful for him and his staff and all of their where to buy phentermine online forum knowledge and skills that has changed my life!!!
WLS has not only improved my pre-existing condition disease, which causes me chronic pain, but it’s also improved my confidence in myself. I’m no longer ashamed of the way I look (well I don’t like my wrinkles and sagging skin), and I’m so grateful for the energy and the second chance to live longer. My only regret is I wish I would have found them 30 years ago. Thank you again RMAP and THANK YOU ALL who are in the support group. I am proud to be apart of the BEST group around. All your posts and encouraging words on other posts have helped me more times than I can count! Now gotta get those last 12 pounds gone. Summer is approaching!
