It is Tasty Tuesday!! A new weekly feature where every Tuesday we share a weight loss surgery friendly recipe for you to enjoy!

Spring means it’s time to dust off your outdoor grill! This recipe is a great way to start off the grilling season, and goes great with grilled vegetables or fresh salad!

 

BBQ Blackened Chicken

Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 cup olive oil
3 cups water
1 cup lemon juice
3 sticks of rosemary
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
1.) Trim all the fat off the chicken and marinade overnight. Make sure the chicken is submerged completely in the marinade. If you need to add a little buy phentermine weight loss pills more olive oil and a little more water, do it now.
2.) Place marinated chicken on hot grill. Continue to baste chicken with marinade, this will keep your chicken tender and moist.
3.) Grill chicken until it reaches 165°F.
4.) Remove from grill and enjoy!

**Cooking Tip: Make a second batch of marinate to spice up the flavor of your grilled vegetables.
